FitSteps is an energetic, upbeat dance fitness class featuring all of your favourite dances from Strictly Come Dancing. Created by two of the show’s pros, Natalie Lowe and Ian Waite, together with Olympic swimmer Mark Foster. It is designed to give real, measurable fitness results. It is suitable for all ages and abilities and you don’t need a partner! It’s ‘strictly’ FAB-U-LOUS. 

Fitsteps is designed to tone and sculpt the body, mixing the up-tempo pace and flavour of Latin dance and the elegant steps of the ballroom. You will have so much fun you won’t even realise you are getting fit! Come and Jive, Cha Cha, Samba, Tango, Quickstep and Waltz your way to fitness! STAY FIT and KEEP DANCING.
