Thank you to everyone who voted in the summer for our 2025 Walton BID Business Awards, we had just under 1,000 individual votes, which accounts to nearly 10,000 votes in total across the categories.

14/10/25: Our HR Experts are currently interviewing the Managers who nominated an Employee for this award, alongside the nominees and we hope to have an announcement by the end of October 2025.

The best employees are constantly looking for new ways to improve themselves and contribute more to the company. They listen, take feedback seriously and are open-minded when presented with new ideas. They aren’t afraid to ask questions and seek help when needed.
