We popped into Crafty Pots to catch up with the owner, Natalie, on her first year in business.

“As a local resident and mum of two, I felt like Walton was the perfect place create an environment that allowed people to come together and get creative. The Heart is a super convenient location with easy access parking and a growing array of “experience attractions” like Rock up and Gymfinity – its increasingly becoming a destination for experiences and fun.

Our first year has been a blast. We’ve had close to 4,000 pieces of pottery painted, glazed and fired, and have been absolutely BLOWN away by the incredible talents of the people of Walton and the surrounds. Week-on-week we are so impressed with the level of artwork that happens, it really is inspiring. It turns out… Walton’s very much got talent! Check our Instagram for proof.

Aside from being recently recognized with our award for Best Family Experience (thanks to all who voted!), the biggest reward so far is the tiny stories of happiness that happen every week at Crafty Pots. There’s no bigger reward than making people happy.”
