First up, Independent Hospitality Week is back from the 5th to the 11th – and it’s all about backing our brilliant local cafes, pubs and restaurants. Whether it’s sushi at Sushi Wakyo, a cheeky curry at Walton Spice, or brunch at Le Petit Café, this is the week to eat, drink, and support local.

Then we’ve got two fantastic events to pop in your diary – the annual Duckathon is on the 10th and the Walton Film Festival returns with indie gems and family favourites.

On the website blog, we regularly shine a light on some of the lovely local businesses that make Walton special – like Harmony Nails for your perfect mani, Mooboo for a bubble tea fix, and Connect Charity Shop, where generosity really does grow community.
